I didn’t plan to become a sex therapist — pain led me here.

I started as a pelvic pain patient, struggling with sex that hurt and the shame that came with it. Over time, I became a licensed marriage and family therapist, somatic practitioner, and sex therapist — blending science, trauma healing, and body-based practices in a way most professionals don’t.

I’ve spent nearly two decades guiding people out of shame and into power, helping them rewire not just their sex lives, but their entire sense of self. What I teach works — because I’ve lived it.

MY CORE BELIEF

When you heal your relationship with sex + pleasure, you unlock your power.

Sexual or intimate healing isn't just about sexual pleasure (though yes, that matters). It’s about learning how to trust your body, speak your truth, and create deeper, more meaningful relationships — with yourself and others. By embracing various forms of pleasure, you can achieve liberation.

My mission is to make that liberation as accessible as possible. I recognize the privileges I hold, and I’m committed to offering different ways for people to engage with this work. What lights me up most is creating transformative spaces where people walk away not just with answers, but with memories, insights, and a new sense of who they are.

This work changes lives. And I’m here for all of it — the messy, the tender, the breakthroughs, and the bold new beginnings.

I have a beautifully neurodivergent brain and chronic pain that taught me how to advocate for myself and honor my body’s needs.

I met my husband while on vacation in Barcelona — a serendipitous meeting straight out of a steamy romance novel.

I’m just as happy barefoot in the dirt on a minimalist camping trip as I am wrapped in a fluffy robe at a 5-star resort. It’s all about pleasure and presence.
