About Kayna

I’m on a mission to help you live a fulfilled, authentic sex life

I didn’t just study this work as a professional — I lived it.

Sex was painful for me, and it wrecked my confidence in ways I never expected. As I became a sex therapist, somatic practitioner, and licensed marriage and family therapist, I realized something huge: healing isn’t just about better sex. It’s about reclaiming your connection to your body, your pleasure, and your power.

Talk therapy and doctor visits could only take me so far. The real transformation happened when I learned how to work with my body — to release old pain, reconnect with pleasure, and rewrite the story I’d been living in.

Now, it’s my life’s work to help others do the same. Because when you reconnect with your pleasure, it’s not just your sex life that gets better — it’s everything.
